BloomBridge began with one wish from one grandmother. Today it is a national network of people who keep that promise for families everywhere.
When Kristen Allen's grandmother passed, she left one simple wish.

Keeping that promise turned out to be harder than anyone expected. Life gets busy, and distance is real. Kristen found there was no simple way to make sure flowers were placed at the grave when she could not be there herself, and no way to know they had been.
That struggle became BloomBridge. Millions of families live far from where their loved ones are buried. BloomBridge exists so that no grave has to go without flowers, and no family has to go without knowing their loved one was remembered.
Every arrangement is placed by a real person: a BloomBridge Runner who lives near the cemetery and understands what it means to care for someone else's loved one. After every delivery, the family receives a photo of the flowers at the grave.

BloomBridge began as Kristen's idea, and she still answers the emails herself. She hand-designs every arrangement we place, and she co-founded the company with a simple belief: a family should be able to care for a grave no matter how far away they live, and they should never have to wonder whether the flowers were placed.

Lulu is the voice of BloomBridge. She co-founded the company and has shaped how it looks and sounds ever since, from the first Find a Grave banners to every email a family receives. When a customer writes in, there is a good chance it is Lulu who writes back.

Huey runs the machine behind the flowers. He co-founded BloomBridge and built the operations that let a local Runner in any state pick up an order and place it the same way: the vetting, the state registrations, the partnerships with Find a Grave and others. If the process works, it is usually because Huey wrote it down first.

Justin built BloomBridge's technology and keeps building it. He co-founded the company and wrote the ordering system, the Runner app, the memorial pages and the photo confirmation that lands in a family's inbox after every delivery. If something on this site works the way you hoped it would, that was Justin.

Jeremy keeps every order moving. He works the day-to-day of BloomBridge: matching orders to Runners, checking on deliveries that are due, and sorting out the details with a family before anything is placed. When a delivery photo arrives on time, Jeremy usually had a hand in it.

Patrick has been part of BloomBridge since the beginning. He co-founded the company and helped shape the first version of the ordering experience. He serves on the board today.
