How does the recipient redeem their eGift Card?

When the recipient receives the email, they'll have a unique gift code. They simply apply it at checkout on any BloomBridge order — single delivery, subscription, or upgrade — and the value is applied like a coupon.

Can I choose when the eGift Card is sent?

Yes. At checkout you can pick a delivery date — same day, the day of a service, or any date you choose. We'll hold the email until then.

What if it's not the right amount?

If your gift covers only part of an order, the recipient pays the difference. If it covers more, the unused balance stays on their card for future use.

Does the eGift Card expire?

Never. Your gift retains its full value until it's used.

What if I make a mistake on the recipient's email?
