Flowers at a National Cemetery

The rules differ by cemetery. Fresh flowers are welcome at national cemeteries any day, but each one sets its own dates for artificial (silk) flowers: some allow them year-round, some only from fall to spring, some only for a few weeks in winter. Iowa
